The Dancing of My Enemies
This blog is
…for the treasured members of my immediate gene pool
who, with some cause, are convinced I will meet disaster
and bet among themselves as to exactly how,
…for my friends, who also expect me to wipe myself out
and would need to pack,
…and for my enemies, who are taking dancing lessons in anticipation.

Congratulations! You’ve been nominated as a VERY INSPIRING BLOGGER by Jadi at jadicampbell.wordpress.com. Go to her most recent post to see your nomination and learn about the award. THANK YOU for sharing your experiences and ideas with the blogosphere!
Jadi, thanks very much for the nomination. Much appreciated. But as one of the few remnants of the humility my parents tried to teach me, I prefer not to accept any awards, esp those I ill-deserve.
I certainly respect your wishes even as I must disagree with the award being ill-deserved. I’ll continue to enjoy following your blog. Cheers, Jadi
I have a feeling that even your enemies will be better people from having met you – at the very least they will have added dancing to their life skills!
(chuckle) not sure if they are any better, but they are certainly more confused.
Confused is definitely an improvement on arrogant.
